Code of Conduct
Royal Cosun introduced a Code of Conduct
in 2003. Its purpose is to provide guidance to all Royal Cosun employees if there are conflicts of interest. In some circumstances, an employee may be faced with a dilemma that can be resolved only with considerable difficulty. The Code of Conduct is based on five key concepts, including reliability and cooperation. Related guidelines, such as those on the correct use of email and the internet, provide clarification to staff and prevent misunderstandings.
