Management Development System

Cosun has set up its own Management Development System. It broadens our insight into the capacities and competences of everyone of graduate level within our group. If a position is open or if we are looking for the right person for a project, we can search internally to find the right candidate. We think it’s only fair to give our own people a chance first. We want to create a working environment in which ambitious members of staff can develop themselves.
