CFTC always has one or two trainees at upper vocational and higher professional level. It is a win-win-win situation: the trainees gain relevant work experience that will stand them proud on their CVs, CFTC temporarily benefits from additional capacity, which requires an investment in time and effort, and the labour market enjoys an inflow of well-trained and enthusiastic food and process technologists.
