On 23 March 2022, Johan van Driel has announced to step down as chairman and member of the supervisory board of Coöperatie Koninklijke Cosun U.A. as of 1 April 2022. He did this during the meeting of the Members Council. Vice-chairman Theo Koekkoek will temporarily fulfill the duties of chairman.
Johan van Driel has been a member of the Supervisory Board since 30 May 2012 and succeeded Jakob Bartelds as chairman in June 2020. We would like to thank Johan for his involvement and commitment to Cosun as a member and chairman of the Supervisory Board.
