We are pleased to announce that Martine Lanser will join Royal Cosun as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) on 5 September 2026. In this role, she will become a member of the Cosun Executive Board.
Martine is an experienced HR leader with broad international expertise and a strong track record at organisations such as AkzoNobel and in her current role as CHRO at ProRail.
She has led large-scale international transformations, successfully combining organisational and talent development with a strong focus on performance, results and sustainable growth. Her connecting and people-focused leadership style aligns closely with Cosun’s ambitions.
Martine will be responsible for shaping and delivering the Unlock 30 People & Change agenda, as well as further strengthening our organisation, culture and leadership.
