The current chairman of the Board, Dirk de Lugt, will reach his maximum permitted statutory term in June 2023.
He is then no longer eligible for re-election, resulting in a vacancy. Cosun will be looking for a beet grower as the new chairman of the Board. To ensure a good transfer, the application procedure will start shortly and the vacancy will be posted online for our members.
Dirk de Lugt has been a member of the board of directors since 2003 and succeeded Jos van Campen as chairman of the Board in June 2014.
