Nutrition, food production and innovation are central during this week. These themes fit in well with Cosun and its strategy, ie producing food and food ingredients and continuously innovating in this area. By committing itself as a partner, Cosun can provide an insight into its activities from ground to mouth and we can contribute to a dialogue about more complex themes such as the footprint of our food.
In the past, Cosun has also been involved in Dutch Food Week. For several years now, we have been thanking our farmers with a video and cake during Thank a Farmer Day and last year Mike Vermeer (Sr Innovation Manager) and Gert Sikken (Director Agro Development) joined various round table sessions.
Dutch Food Week will take place this year from 8 to 15 October 2022. We are looking forward to show how we work on the production and development of our food, together with our growers and partners.
